Return and Refund Policy
At Bunddle.in, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are our guidelines for returns and refunds:
Case I: Issues with Delivery Package or Product Quality
1. Delivery Package Issues
If there is any issue with the delivery package (e.g., visible damage or tampering), you must:
- Take an unboxing video while opening the package to capture the condition of the packaging and its contents.
2. Defective Product
If the package is intact but the product itself is defective or damaged, you must:
- Take clear pictures of the defective product showing the issue in detail.
Notify us within 5 days of delivery and submit the required evidence to support your claim. Upon verification, Bunddle.in will process a refund or replacement free of charge.
Case II: Broken Products (Fragile Items)
For fragile items like Mugs and Framed Posters, report any issues within 5 days of delivery by providing:
- Pictures of the broken product.
- Pictures of the original packaging showing the shipping label and customer details for verification.
Case III: Rejection by Customer
As all products are customized to customer requirements, any returns or rejections must be handled by you directly.
- Bunddle.in does not offer refunds for modifications in size, color, or design.
- It must be at your expense if you choose to accept modifications or exchanges. A new order must be placed for the updated product.
Return Pick-Up and Exchange/Replacement Process
- All returns will be picked up from the same delivery address where the product was originally shipped.
- If the product qualifies for an exchange or replacement, it will be processed accordingly after receiving and verifying the return.
